He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora Haigler and Don Haigler; his siblings, Frank and Lucille; his son William Kenneth; and his wife Rosemarie Wilde Haigler of Bryson City.
He is survived by: his daughter Traci Lowe (Tim); his grandsons, Jason and Erik; and his brother Larry (Melba). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Four Seasons Hospice.
