He was predeceased by: his sister Lula. He is survived by: his parents, Matt Wade and Erica Wade of Bullock; his siblings, Maisel and Porter; and his grandparents, Chris, Ruth Reid, Rick and Terri Wade.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Tabbs Creek Baptist Church (5609 Tabbs Creek Church Rd, Oxford, NC 27565). A reception will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Fellowship Hall.
