He is survived by: his sons, Donald Blackwell (Florence) and Ronald Blackwell; his grandchildren, Daniel Blackwell (Mauricia), Jeffrey Blackwell (LeAnne), Steven Blackwell (Ashley) and Melinda Smith (Alan); his siblings, Randolph Blackwell and Faye Frazier (Henry); and his nephew Aaron Blackwell. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
