He is survived by: his wife Donna Jeffers Bethune; his stepchildren, Tammy Sellers of Whiteville, Amanda McPherson (Jason) of Chadbourn and Tracy Cribb (Christina) of Whiteville; his grandchildren, Reah, Taylor, Layton, Kloe, Caden, Izzy, Brayson and Rilynn; his niece Summer Bethune Berry (Scott) of Fayetteville; and his nephew Patrick Bethune (Alicia) of Clayton.
