He is survived by: his children, Marcus Elliott of Dunn, Timothy Maurice Elliott of Fayetteville, Tyrese Vinson and Teisha Elliott of Dunn; his siblings, Gloria Sanders (Billy) of Bunnlevel, Etta McLaughlin (Ronald) of Bunnlevel, Diane Harris (James) of Bunnlevel, Cathy McDougald of Lillington, Edward McDougald (Windy) of Lillington, Michael McDougald of Lillington, Alvin McLean (Brenda) of Lillington, Lamont McDougald (Latisha) of Virginia and Antwan McDougald of Bunnlevel; his aunts, Lois McLean, Mildred Williams, Ernestine Washington, Daisy Campbell, Cornelia Ray, Nancy Keels and Virginia Spearman; his nephew Brandon "Lurch" McDougald; and his close friend Willis Jean Raines. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home and Cremation Chapel (163 Irene Roberts Rd, Lillington, NC 27546). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
