She was predeceased by: her parents, Blackman Peterson and Jennie Louise Baygent Peterson; her grandparents, Ava, Stevie Rose, Charles, Owen and Camdyn; her husband Harry Pridgen; her daughter Patricia "Trysh" Midgett (Louis); her grandson Joshua Pridgen; and her sister Helen.
She is survived by: her children, Harry Pridgen Jr. (Diane), Richard Pridgen and Michelle Knighton (Greg Southerland); her son-in-law Keith Knighton; her grandchildren, Lindsey Pridgen, Mallory, Tori Knighton, Chayse, Mikayla Midgett, Beth and David Pridgen; and also Skyler.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Quinn McGowen Funeral Home (308 W Fremont St, Burgaw, NC 28425). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at the Riverview Memorial Park (9332 US-117, Willard, NC 28478).
