She is survived by: her husband Dale Johnson; her daughters, Courtney Samulik (Kevin, Jr.), Elizabeth "Biss" Kistler (Trent) and Nicole Johnson; her grandchildren, Cameron Samulik, Korben Samulik, Kaitlyn Kistler, Owen Kistler, Jordan Brooks, Justin Gonci and Payton Gonci; and her brother Ernie High. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
