He was predeceased by: his parents, Louvenia Boney Dixon and Hullie C. Dixon, Sr.. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Dixon of Columbus and Darryl Jackson of Dayton, Ohio.; his siblings, Hullie C. Dixon, Jr., William Boney Dixon, Gerald Louis Dixon and Mary Elizabeth Dixon Robinson; and his daughter Angie Dixon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
His contributions to his family, community, and country will forever resonate, echoing the lessons of courage, service, and love he imparted to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
