She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Wells and Nora Wiley Wells; her husband James Edward Worrell; her children, Linwood Worrell and Jo Ann Worrell; and her sister Shirley Montford.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Worrell Sr. of Burgaw and Mary Riddle (Richard) of Patterson, GA; her grandchildren, Ronald Henderson, Regina Henderson, Vicky Worrell and Paul Worrell Jr.; her sister Pearlene Wells of Burgaw; and her friend Peggy Smith (late Bobby Smith). She is also survived by three great grandchildren; and four great- great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made to Castle Hayne Baptist Church.
