He was predeceased by: his parents, Darwin Thomas Lewis and Evelyn Fitch Murtagh; his wife Phyllis Lewis; and his siblings, Nikki Freeth and Dale Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Kelli Pearson (Andy), Michael Lewis (Michelle), Daniel Lewis (Geri) and Patrick Lewis (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Jason Todd (Nikki), Cameron Pearson, Nathan Lewis, Alleigh Cotten (Tyler), Jordan Pearson, Jesse Lewis, Evie Lewis and Ashley Scanlin; and his sisters, Marilyn Aten and Penny Jacobs (Donnie). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
