He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Gibson Warren and Mabel Lewis Warren; and his siblings, W. G. Warren and Doris Holloman. He is survived by: his daughters, Terri Crumpler (Howard Crumpler, Jr.) and Lora Warren Lucas; his grandchildren, Cameron, Corey, Jack and Jesse; and his brother Ernest Warren.
