It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Connor of Burgaw, North Carolina, born in Columbus, North Carolina, who passed away on September 4, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Connor and Geraldine Cox Connor. He is survived by : his wife Dawn Burns Connor; his sons, Fred Connor (Chantel) of Glen Burnie, MD, Kelly Connor (Cheryl) of Greensboro and Job Connor of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Capri, Peighton, Makoa and Kaimana; his stepgrandchildren, Adam and Kayla; his great grandchild Melody; and his brother Ronnie Connor (Carolyn) of Sumter, SC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
