He is survived by : his parents, Frances S. Rivenbark and Herbert C. Rivenbark; his children, Brittany Jones Michael Rivenbark (CJ), Brenden Deluca, Kaylyn Deluca and Alyssa McCoy McKinley Rivenbark (Hunter); his grandchildren, Madalyn, Hadlee Jones, Bentley Rivenbark, Haden Deluca and McKenzie Deluca; his sister Angela Roethlinger (Pat); his nephews, Tyler (Hollis), Hunter (Candace) and Reid Roethlinger; and his great-nieces, Hollyn and Elliana Roethlinger. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
