He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Jacobs and Emma Ennis Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Harriett, Shanna, Christopher, Jeremiah, Johnnie and Cory; and his siblings, Rose Ennis, Alton, Alvin Jacobs and Almeta Tynes. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grand children.
