He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Charles M. Vereen and Margaret Stephens Vereen; his wife Carol Kelly Vereen; his siblings, Gertrude Connor, Mamie Rosiere, Charles, Artis and Robert Vereen; his children, Connie V. Bell (Tripp) and L. Graham Vereen, Jr. (Mickey); his grandchildren, Ashley V. Bell (Shanna), Hanna Tyer (John), Mitchell Vereen and Blake Vereen; and his sister Barbara Watters (Russell). He was also cherished by eight great grandchildren.
