She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Chadwick and Mary Harris Chadwick; her husband Lennis Ward; her son Michael Ward; and her siblings, Betty Rivenbark and Gene Chadwick.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Ward Tyson (Emery Farmer) and JoAnn Ward Schettig-Young (Allen); her grandchildren, Brandon Tyson, Chris Tyson, Erik Schettig (Sidney), Mason Schettig, Amelia Little (Paul) and Maggie Jo Ward; her great grandchildren, Morgan, Molly, Addie, Shadow, Ingrid, Henry, Paige and Ian; her siblings, Ray Chadwick (Patsy), Mamie Rivenbark and Gracie Atkinson; and her brother-in-law Jerry Rivenbark.
