He is survived by: his wife Mindy Murray Treto; his daughters, Kathryn Treto, Abigail Treto and Lilly Treto; his parents, Manuel Treto and Olivia Grimaldo; his siblings, Joe Treto (April), Victor Treto (Jeanine), Tony Treto (Wanda), Fabian Treto, Stephen Treto (Jennie) and Brenda Treto; and his sisters-in-law, Wanda Treto, Tammy Murray and Kristin Marshburn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family; and numerous friends.

In lieu of flowers, a special account has been set up for monetary contributions to Michael's children: Kathryn, Abigail, and Lilly.

You have passed but your legacy will live with us, forever.”
