He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Sipper and Dorothy Ruth Alford Sipper. He is survived by: his children, Wesley Sipper, Greg Sipper (Patricia) and Winter Harlow (Ben Stanton); his grandchildren, Dylan Sipper and Kinsley Stanton; his great grandchildren, Lilly Sipper and Gracie Sipper; and his brother Mike Piner (Wanda). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
