He is survived by: his mother Barbara Childress Moore; his wife Wanda Rivenbark Moore; his sons, Christopher James Moore (Lora) of Leland and Nicholas Wayne Moore; his grandchildren, Everly Moore, Lillian Moore and Ashlyn Moore; and his sisters, Susan Moore of Sanford, Valena McMurry of Charleston, SC and Brenda Moore of Salisbury.
