He is survived by: his wife Teresa Henderson Smith; his children, Jennifer Welch (Tim) of Burlington, Heather Wright of Burlington, Laura Jones (Matt) and Alfred Smith; his granddaughter Chloe Wright (Twon) of Burlington; his great grandchild Myheir; and his sister Judy Elaine Barrett.
