She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl Williams and Helen Williams of Sedan, KS.; her husband James Henry Smith; her siblings, Diana Vanderpool, Ernie, Dick and Art Williams; and her grandson Anthony Perdue.
She is survived by : her children, Jackie Smith (Pete) of Asheboro, Juanita Cook (Tommy) of Burlington, Kathy Atkins of Ohio and Jeff Smith of Whitsett. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
