She was predeceased by: her mother Hildigunnur Adolphsdottir (Hilla); and her sister Laura Michael. She is survived by: her father Louis T. Dixon of Burlington; her aunt Helen Brown (Bill) of Graham; her sibling's children, Heather Nicole Stewart and Joshua Clay; her former husband Mark Sharp, Jr.; her close friend Troy McClean; her brother Adolf; her sibling's children, Daniel and Emma; and her uncle Gylfi. She is also survived by two great nieces and many cousins.
