She is survived by: her husband Mike Forbis; her children, Jon Forbis (Shannon), Justin Forbis (Kit) and Meagan Fishel (Jonathan); and her grandchildren, Mychael, Nathan, Zach, Jordan, Isaiah, Gabe, Luke, Lily, Isaac, Josiah, Anna Grace, Christie and Carolyn.
