He was predeceased by: his parents, Barry Eugene Mills, Sr. and Dorothy Lee Lance Mills; his wife Peggy Jo Mills; and his siblings, Debbie Brown, Dale Mills and Butch Mills.
He is survived by: his children, Bryan Mills (Jenn), Brandon Mills, Jody Weaver (Rodney) and Jill Morgan (Tom); his grandchildren, Jordan Kwaiser (Dylan), Rachel Weaver, Kelsey Flowers (Bobby), Hunter Morgan, Jacob Gatewood, Maddy Mills, Gracie Mills, Bella Mills and Olivia Spangler; and his great grandchildren, Jason Kwaiser, Dawson Kwaiser and Sutton Flowers. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
