She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Dean Crenshaw, Sr.; her parents, Donald Cox and Sarah Perdue Cox; and her siblings, Jean Shue and Bud Cox.

She is survived by: her sons, Terry Crenshaw (Lisa) and Chuck Crenshaw (Mary Lou); her grandchildren, Matthew Crenshaw (Ashley), John Crenshaw (Amanda), Ben Crenshaw, Blair Crenshaw Miller (Todd) and Katie Crenshaw Newlin (Austin); and her great grandchildren, Ella Crenshaw, Luke Crenshaw, Madison Crenshaw, Kara Crenshaw, Bailey Miller, Charlie Miller, Ward Miller, Sam Miller, Mia Grace Newlin and Shep Newlin.
