It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Hamilton Messick (Burlington, North Carolina), born in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, who passed away on February 27, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Paul Messick; and her children, T. Paul Messick, Jr. (Christina) of Stockholm, Sweden, Steven H. Messick (Victoria) of Burlington, NC and Leslie Lane Messick (Paul Baumbach) of East Bend, NC.. She is also survived by five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
