She was predeceased by: her spouse Lynn Hoffman Small; and her parents, Percy Andrews and Martha Foust Andrews. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Small (Wanda W. Small) and Ed Small (Faith); her grandchildren, Jerry Small, II (Jessica), Jeffrey W. Small and Ryan Small (Whitney); and her great grandchildren, Lilly-Claire Small, Tate Andrews Small and Boone Edward Small. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
