He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilbert Baldwin and Blannie Lee Nickerson Baldwin; and his siblings, Helen Jean Baldwin and James Baldwin. He is survived by: his son Timothy Paylor of Saxpahaw; his brothers, Hilbert Baldwin Jr. (Veronica) of Burlington, Howard Baldwin of Burlington, Robert Baldwin of Tacoma, WA, Danny Baldwin of Carrboro and David Baldwin of Graham; his grandchildren, Autumn Paylor-Russell and Jayden Paylor; and his great grandchildren, Jaxsan and Maelyn Russell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
