He is survived by: his son Charles Ray Justice (Donna) of Cary; his granddaughters, Leigh Megan Justice Harmer (Luke) and Alana Karris Justice Tingen (Colton); his great grandchildren, Abel Roy Harmer, Caris Jeannette Tingen, Flora Raye Harmer, Junia Wren Harmer and Adalynn Claire Tingen; his siblings, Shirley Coxe (Gordon), Bobby Joe Justice and Sam Dee Justice, Jr. (Linda); and his close friend Carol Allen.
