She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus M. Campbell and Lula Bailey Campbell; her husband Jones H. Blakely, Jr. (Buddy); and her siblings, Leonard, Charles Campbell, Allene Locke and Mary Creekmore.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Blakely (Steve Pagano), Vicki Blakely and Jones H. Blakely, III (Noelle); her granddaughters, Sara and Ava Blakely; her stepgrandchildren, Rocco and Jenna Salerno; and her sister Jane Cauthen (Ralph).
Memorials may be made to Samaritan's Purse, the Gary Sinise Foundation, or to Authoracare Collective (hospice) of Burlington.
