With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobbie Jean Bridges (Burlington, North Carolina), who passed away on August 18, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Franklin and Lelia Brown Warren; her husband James "Jim" Lawrence Bridges; her stepmother Thelma K. Warren; and her sister Wilma J. Rook.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Faulkner (Rick) of Graham, Janie Petardi of Fort Mill, SC, Arlene Thompson (Kent) of Graham and Jimmi Anne Johnson (Scott) of Statesville; her grandchildren, Jenna Wood (Jesse), James Petardi, Stefan Faulkner (Kirsten Collins), Brigett Faulkner (Dakota Jones) and Trevor Johnson; her great grandchildren, Zoey and Zachary Wood; and her nephew James Rook.
