He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Andrews and Ellen Hall Andrews; his half-sister Sharon Rutherford; his aunts, Judy Harrell (Bobby) and Kay Andrews; and his cousins, Patricia Prudhomme and Eric Harrell.
During Covid, he would walk around the neighborhood playing his guitar and ukulele and singing to bring some encouragement and joy to others during that difficult time.
