He is survived by: his father Ricky Laverne Spivey (Stacy Proctor Spivey); his brothers, Tyler Spivey (Sara Johnson), Jacob Spivey (Kim Boucher) and Joseph Proctor; his nephew Ruskin Edward Spivey; his grandfathers, Donald Webster (Yolanda) and Paul Reimer; his aunts and uncles, Larry Wayne Spivey, Brian Keith Spivey, Johnny Lankford, Faye Evans (Glenn) and Beth Cooper (Chris); and his cousins, Jonathan Evans, Matthew Evans, Timmy Evans, Zane Lankford and Selena Valdivas. He is also survived by several friends and extended family.
