He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Whitt McLendon; and his parents, Ralph McLendon and Veda Marie Rabon McLendon. He is survived by: his stepson Jay Curtis (Sherri) of Graham; his grandchildren, Hunter, Madeline and Grayson Curtis; his sister Tamara Cannon (Skip); his niece Elizabeth Stump (Kevin); his nephew Greg Isley (Tanya); his cousin Neal Gwynn; and his close friends, Ray, Maxine Sharpe, Stephen, Kris Moon and Susan Cobb.
