He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia "Jenny" Fogleman; his parents, Charlie Webb Fogleman and Sallie Holt Fogleman; and his son Todd Fogleman. He is survived by: his children, Mark Fogleman (Mary Ann) of Concord, NC, John Moody of Canal Winchester, OH and Carla Fogleman Loy (Chris) of Burlington; his grandchildren, Beth Fogleman (Robin), Meredith Jorgensen (Philip), Baker Loy (Hailey), Holt Fogleman (Kelly) and Rachel Fogleman; his daughter-in-law Teri Fogleman; and his stepgreat-grandson Camden Jorgensen.
