She was predeceased by: her father Joe David Miles Sr.; and her husband Horace Earl Evans. She is survived by: her children, Steve Earl Evans Sr. (Michelle), Sandra Denise Alston and Jeffrey Horace Evans Sr. (Constance); her grandchildren, Kimberly, Tasho, Steve Jr., Porchia, Joshua, Jeffrey Jr. and Riley; and her siblings-in-law, Jean C. McBroon Miles, June Shoffner and Clyde Leath Jr.. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
