It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Ruth Marion of Burlington, North Carolina, who passed away on December 25, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Gordon Snipes and Naomi Howard Snipes; her granddaughter Lindsay Tyler Marion; and her son-in-law Joel "Jay" Wilder. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Max Marion; her children, Corry Marion Wilder, Paige Marion Kennedy (Mark) and Ron Alan Marion (Suni); her granddaughter Jennifer Lynn Bryant (Dan); her great grandchildren, Jackson Mark Bryant and Taytum Rae Brown; and her sister Virginia Snipes Howerton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
