He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Shutrick Perkins; his stepdaughter Judy of Scranton, PA; his stepgrandson Michael of Scranton, PA; and his sisters, Nancy Taylor of Camillus, NY, Margy Farley of Syracuse, NY and Patty Reitz (Duane) of Lafayette, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
