He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Welch Hurley and Manley Banks Hurley, Sr.; his grandparents, Charles, Minnie Hurley, Olan and Lena Welch; his sister Pamela Hurley; and his nephew Andrew Marshall Mock.
He is survived by: his sons, Joey Blanchard (Lauren) and Cody Newton Hurley; and his siblings, Becky Hurley Mock (John), Vickie Hurley Maxwell and Manley Banks Hurley, Jr.. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
