He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his daughters, Doris Ann Summers (Randy) and Julie Miller (Jeff); his granddaughter Amber Summers Hudson (Keith); his children, Omar, Tripp, ZoieAnn and Dusty Summers (Erin); his grandsons, Jack and Luke; his child Dakota Summers (Michelle); his grandchild Lennon; his son Joshua Miller (Lori); his grandchild Jameson; his son Justin Miller (Jess); his grandchildren, Xander, Bryson, Beau and River; his sister Betty Ham; and his sister-in-law Shirley Freeman.
