It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlie James Cantrell of Burlington, North Carolina, who passed away on January 7, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his spouse Era Cantrell; and his parents, Van Story Cantrell and Della Ingle Cantrell. He is survived by: his children, Dianne Meeks, Richard (Debbie Cantrell), Debbie Joyce, Kenneth (Karen Cantrell), Donna (Lawrence Buchanan), Phillip (Donice Cantrell), Carol Cantrell, Charles (Robin Cantrell) and Denise (Kent Shotwell). He is also survived by numerous grandkids, great grandkids; and great great grandkids.
