She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Paul Bumgarner; her children, John Lackey (Danita), Christine King and Kimberly Lackey (Michael Mills, Jr.); her stepsons, Kyle Bumgarner (Taylor) and Travis Bumgarner (Misty); her grandchildren, Tony Allen, Jr., Hunter Lackey, Parker Lackey, Ava Lackey, Jack Surrette, Nathan Denton, Maggie Bumgarner and Liam Bumgarner; and her sisters, Kathy Willetts and Becky Pope (Tim). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
