She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Bennett Dennis and Margaret Schoolfield Dennis; and her daughter Megan Melton. She is survived by: her husband James Melton; her son Brad Melton (Karri); and her granddaughters, Lindsay Tate (Jayden), Isley Melton and Kennedy Melton.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rich & Thompson Funeral & Cremation Service (306 Glenwood Ave, Burlington, NC 27215). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
