As Cheryl departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Cheryl may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Cheryl leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Palmer, Sr. and Evelyn Lucas Palmer; and her brother Carlton Palmer, Jr.. She is survived by: her wife Latricia Palmer; her children, Chertora Palmer (Raymond Hubbard), Ton'e Brigham and Jeremy Palmer; her grandchildren, Lorieal Hubbard and Cartier Hubbard; her siblings, Jocelyn Palmer, Ramona Palmer, Suzzette Martin (Alvin) and Buford Palmer (Marie); and her close friend Wendi Taylor. She is also survived by 11 nieces/nephews and 14 great nieces/nephews, cousins, and friends.
