He was predeceased by: his parents, William Garland Lamm and Mary Duckworth Oakley. He is survived by: his wife Kasey Melinda Daniels Lamm; his son Christopher Wayne "C. J." Lamm, Jr.; his siblings, Michael Steven Lamm (Cindy) and Mandy Michelle Burger (Carl); his stepsiblings, Makeshia Haith Foust (Charles), Sally Haith-Glenn (Billy), Doris "Neecie" Haith and Darrell L. Haith (Alfreda); and his grandmother Evelyn Mae Lamm. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
