She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd Grant Combs; her parents, Andy Alexander Brown and Mary Davis Brown; and her siblings, Vallie Brown Palmer, Pauline Brown Duckworth, Andy Dale Brown, Bobby Lee Brown, Melvin L. Brown and James M. Brown.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Combs Harward and Annette Combs Gentry (Andrew); her grandchildren, Josh Harward (Kasey), Amy Stegall (Keith), April Morton (Ricky) and Miranda Gentry-Siegel (Jason); her great grandchildren, Austin, Landon, Sydney Harward, Jaxson Stegall, Julie, Reese Morton and David Siegel; her sister-in-law Opal Gilbert of Texas; and her nieces, Peggy Patton, Phyllis Stillman and Charlene Whatley.
