He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Scarlett Deaton; his children, Chad Cross (Sonjia), Tory Leonard (Tim), Travis Deaton and Cassie Whitesell (Jesse); his grandchildren, Sierrah, Tristan, Chloe, Haley, Tres, Salem, Lake, Cove, Nixie, August, Ollie, Clarke and Scarlett; his great grandchild Nahlani; and his brothers, Charles Deaton Jr. and Steve Deaton.
