He was predeceased by: his wife Eunice Harmon Ragan. He is survived by: his son David Anderson "Andy" Ragan, Jr. (Valarie); his grandchildren, Olivia Ragan and Isabel Ragan; and his siblings, Joseph Wayne "Yogi" Ragan (Martha), Marie R. Baker (William), Vicki R. Westbrook (David), Nanette Pedelty (Larry) and Darlene Raines (Jerry).
