He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Kellis and Louise Mansfield Kellis. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Rae Brown; his daughters, Sabrina Kellis and Tabatha Perkins; his grandchildren, Avery Kellis, Kaleb Wheeler, Cassidy Embree and Russell Long; his great grandchild Rylan Kellis; and his brother Barry Kellis, Sr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
