He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Will Watlington and Annie Wesley Watlington; his wife JoAnn Spinks Watlington; his children, Kelvin Lee Watlington, Michael Watlington, Pernell Watlington and Vonda Carol Watlington; and his siblings, Rev. Walter "Jimmie" Watlington (Freda), Percy Watlington and Bertha W. Miller (Steve). He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and dear friends.
